I've got a couple small areas that i\I need to touch up. Chipped out to the paint. Ithink the bdekiner was either dealer or factory (is there such an option). But can't say for sure as I bought it used.

Are there any brushable bedliner repair products, I'm only working with maybe 1/2 inch diameter chips.

This is the company that does the spray in bed liners if your truck was built in Texas. I ordered some of there bed liner cleaner/protector from them so that is why I have there contact info. May want to call them and ask.

Do they have something that keeps the Line-X Premium shiny to look as if it was just sprayed?

Yes. The stuff I used came with my truck when I bought it. It makes it look like it’s just been sprayed. I do have a bed cover over my bed so mine has had very little sun exposure. Still my bed liner will look dull looking if I just let it go without treating it. It says to spry on dry bed but I alway just spray my bed when it’s still wet after I wash it and scrub the stuff around with a deck brush. The stuff is under $7 a bottle so it’s worth a try. You have to call them to place a order.

I would probably check with line x just to see if they have a product just for their liners. Mine was the factory sprayed liner so I don’t know if it would make a difference.

why wouldn't you just ask the dealer where the liner was done and ask for a quote to get it fixed? it will probably be a better repair than doing it yourself.
