As you can see he eats pretty good, momma bear has upped his protein as of late; thigh quarter, some hearts and gizzards and a chicken foot, with steal cut oats, a fresh raw egg and yellow and green squash

 

He's gonna be looking like @T-Rex266 soon

.... I'm sure they love the raw meats and things you guys are feeding, but I've always enjoyed sitting down on the floor w/my pups and holding a cup while they spend a good 5-10 minutes licking the frozen treat.

I think most walmarts and grocery stores still carry these in their frozen food isle near the people ice cream novelties win/win!!!

Our lab is 15 and she is a sweetheart, the little one under the bed is about 5 and will forever be a liability. Filled with piss and vinegar.

 

AKC names always crack me up.

my parents raised GSD for years, and they had one that was named Jack that was part of their line but he never sired any pups. They got another one from someone else named Jessie, so his papered name was Jessie Not Jack’s Son.

Others were Sophie (Sophisticated Lady), Pooh Bear (Sir Winfred der Pooh Bär), and a host of others I can’t remember.

our labs are Sadie Sue Sunshine Superstar (Sadie) and Ally Ann Absolute Awesomeness (Ally)

 

I know I posted here before but I took a good picture of my 13 yr old beagle smooth collie mix and wanted to post again.

I couldn't ask for a better dog.

Here’s my boy, a boxer we adopted 6 years ago when he was 2 years old or so.

He was diagnosed in February with stage 3 lymphoma. Removed some tumors but the last is inoperable.

I took this photo Wednesday morning on my porch. We were watching the day go by.



He passed quietly at home the next morning minutes after the kids left for school.

I will miss him.

 

It's not easy for us, but they are worth it. I'm glad he got to be at home and at peace.

 

Here he is from happier days, out for a ride in my Tundra.

This is definitely not a 'one and done' thread... Feel free to post pics of the same pup as often as you like; most of us have posted more than one photo of the same pup. Speaking for myself, I'd prefer to have 15 alerts in the 'post your pup' thread over 15 alerts in the 'what tire tire can I fit on my stock Pro' or the 'do you think I can tow this with my tundra thread'!

I truly believe the back seats of a Tundra was never meant for people.... Good use of truck space!!!

 

I agree. In the 2014 crew cab with the rear seats up, it had plenty of room for my two boxers. The mostly flat surface made for a huge space.

Of course in my last photo you can see he preferred to sit on the leather seat and watch out the window.

I have a 2022 Tundra Crew Cab now and it’s not the same. The underseat storage defeats the space for dogs.

 

Little dog doesn’t know big dog could eat him for breakfast. Big dog is sweet enough to play along.

 

It amazes me how nature seems to sort everything out pretty easily, and humans are constantly struggling to figure their shit out!!!

 

It’s funny because little daisy is the fierce one, but she needs backup. She’s always the one that walks in blazing. She’s pretty much blind now, so she gives me shit everyday when I come home, she’s still got it!

 

How come the pit doesn't get a blingy collar????
