Alright so I just setup my truck to fit tires that I didn’t think would fit without rubbing. Here is some info for everyone. After receiving help from a few people with some insight, this is what I did with my truck and it works great!

Bilstein 5100s all around, front set at the middle clip setting, to raise the front end to be only a 1/2” lower than the rear.

Next we’re SCS Ray 10 wheels, with 295/70R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

I then did my own alignment, adjusted the caster angle until I had roughly 3/4”-1” clearance away from my body mount at the closest point of the turning radius.

Next I spaced my front bumper out with 5/8”-11 Nuts, pushed it out a 1/2”

No rubbing and truck drives great! I haven’t even messed with any of the plastic yet to improve clearance even more. Plenty of room away from body mounts, close to front plastic liner.

Great job! You can get more front clearance if you need it, by drilling new holes for the front of the liner and also heat-gunning it.

Did you move the rear LCA pivots out all the way, and then adjust the fronts to set camber? I don't think anybody needs a BMC for 35s or less, if they stick with modest offsets (like +25 or more), and move the wheels forward with the alignment cams. Considering how often shops screw up the alignment on these, I'm surprised more people don't DIY. It ain't that hard.

Yup that’s exactly how I aligned it, worked perfect, I actually had the caster all the way forward and moved it back just a little bit though though to help clear the front bumper rubbing as well

35x12.5/18's are on my Methods and I even managed to keep the mudflaps.
Front bumper is spaced forward about 1/2" and all the front plastic is removed from it.
I cant recall specifics... but I think I ziptied the rear plastic splash shields back for more clearence also.
Otherwise... I have approx 2 years and 35k troublefree miles on this setup.

How many mpgs did you lose?

Yes, I agree, I also dont drive a tundra for the fuel economy. But I'm curious.

I will post that later, so far it has only gone from 14.4 avg with stock size tires, to 14.3

That's not bad at all for how bitchin it looks. I lost more than that without a lift.

I'm guessing the Ray's are pretty light!

Yea the Rays are super light, I’m guessing it will go down quite a bit after a few tanks of fuel but I’m not sure exactly how the avg mpg is calculated over time?

I just trend it, probably no wrong way.

I thought I saw 23 lbs online. That's a huge savings over my TSS, about 20 lbs per corner. Makes a difference!

Weight is a tiny factor. At modest speeds tire rolling resistance dominates... and bigger tires of the same design tend to have better rolling resistance. The earlier tires weren't stock, but ATs of some kind. A lift and bigger tires will hit MPG at higher speeds though, and an aftermarket bumper even more.

Funny to see someone put on aggressive off road tires that provide too little clearance with the truck to actually take it off the pavement.
