Any leads for a double cab slider? All I see are sliders for cewmax trucks.

CBI is notoriously bad at giving you accurate lead times. CS is also lacking. I would only order a CBI product through a vender or dealer because if you make a direct order through CBI and complain they don't care. You may have a little more support if the retailer complains though. They do not stand by their product and will continue to lead you on for a while. I know people that they have canceled orders on after waiting 12 months for a product. Unless you're a social media or youtube influencer be prepared to wait longer than advertised lead times.

IMO, just get C4. They stand by their products and CS is excellent.

I'm not familiar with CS. Do you have a link to their website? Thanks.

CS = Customer Service. Meaning don't expect it from CBI if there are any issues or delays.

That sucks. I talked to the owner about 2 years ago and he seemed very nice. I guess they they're a popular brand and can't keep up with demand, but a company just cannot afford to have bad customer service. In the end that's going to bite them in the ass.

Has anyone installed the PAKRAX Sliders on their tundra? Curious as to the drilling of the extra two holes. Thanks!

Just a heads up, I'm working closely with RSG and we are hoping to finalize the design next week so be on the lookout for some sliders from them soon.

Also I had worked earlier in the year with RCI for the skids development but they told me Bronco stuff was taking priority currently and then we'll work on their design for sliders.

I'm not sure when you're last experience with them was, but they've been pretty spot on lately. They quoted me 10 weeks for my bumper to ship and that was spot on. They've also been pretty responsive responding to some technical questions about the bumper so I could plan out my lights in advance of getting the bumper in my hands.

Just playing devil's advocate here. They might have been bad in the past, but my personal experience with them over the last few months has been pretty solid. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I understand where you're coming from. I have a very mixed opinion of content creators/influencers. Unfortunately, it's the modern business model for many companies. They develop a limited run of prototype items, seed them with content creators who talk them up so they can generate hype, and then start booking preorders. The preorders allow them build up revenue that is in turn invested in the cost of materials, etc. It limits the financial risk of the business from having to use their own coffers for all of the money up front.

I would have less of an issue with this business model if they WAITED to start hyping up the product until they were ready for full production. I understand that a lot of companies (SS Offroad, CBI, C4 are great examples) aren't big enough to have things premade and money tied up in inventory & labor for a product they're not sure will be a hit. That's why they wait & stack up preorders the way they do which forces many people to have to wait

It is what it is. We have a lot of influencers/content creators on this forum. I respect the ones here because they seem to appreciate, use, and have actual knowledge of the products they've been given for testing. When they speak, they share actual knowledge. Case in point: I have reached out to a few IG influencers over the years to ask questions about various products they've hyped on their channels and some of them don't have a faintest clue about anything. The vendor just selected them because of their follower count...which is a huge mistake IMO.

Just ordered PakRax sliders so will keep updated and see big reason was they have them in stock with no lead times.
