That’s funny! Most of clients are CEOs, CFOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, lawyers, celebrities and just anyone else wanting to get work done.

Each townhome will sell for 1.5-1.6 Million.

 

I see my guest house is coming along nicely and ahead of schedule.

 

They need me. Build them a extra room for me.

I'm not sure of 1uppers location, but there's a town in the Hill Country called "Dripping Springs" and the news said the median home price is 1 million. That's for a fixer-upper. So much money out that way, it's crazy.

 

They will be 4,300 sq ft each and multi level with very high end finishes, Sub Zero and Wolf Appliances, elevators, solid wood floors, four bedrooms, all stone and stucco, 4/0x9/0 iron entry doors, Sierra pacific clad windows, stain concrete floors and many other finishes. They will have very clean finishes and very energy efficient.

There are very wealthy people who want a nice home but not the Maintance of a home and they want to be close to the city. These are being built in a very desirable area.

 

I did almost all the work on this property and it just went on the market. It could be yours for just $7,350,000.

 

2 pools, or is 1 a lazy river?

 

Junior Olympic swimming pool and lazy river. That’s how many pumps it takes to push the water so you can float around the river. It’s all heated in the winter time!

So I did a simple thing as we aren’t remodeling the kitchen yet. Replaced our kitchen sink for the wife. That old kohler cast iron sink weighed about 140lbs! I couldn’t believe it! New sink is a black granite kraus and is a different split which we like. Still need to seal the edges but this will work till we do new countertops next year or after.

 

looks good. you could prob get some money back selling that cast iron sink too.

 

Seriously? It’s already in the dump trailer lol. It’s an ugly pink white and has a few chips in it but I guess someone could re-coat it or something but I ain’t moving it again lol

 

I've seen a few older cast irons being reused. The main ones I've seen resurfaced are the farmhouse style ones that are usually a single basin. Not saying you'd get $300 for it. So if in the dump, I'd leave it

 

Solid work. Looks great. Those countertops looks a bit familiar to my kitchen.

 

Anyone here on a septic system have tips for either cleaning a paint gun, or brushes/rollers for that matter? Buying cheap brushes makes the products look terrible. Not a huge fan of wasting good brushes/money on just throwing them away.

 

Just need to line up a railing contractor and it's done.
