I had my Catalytic converters stolen and 02 sensors clipped. I just replaced components and my Check engine lights are still on after erasing them. Does anyone know what's causing this? What will I need to do to have CEL turn off?

did you replace with factory cats or aftermarket? all wiring repaired correctly? People have had issues with aftermarket cats.

Search stolen cat in upper right, will get lots of hits/threads detailing what folks encountered and needed for repair.

That sucks. I’m guessing aftermarket cats were used as replacements? If so, the light may never go off - seems like OEM replacement is critical for no CEL and last person on here waited about 11 months for OEM parts.

Cats were replaced with aftermarket as OEM are more sought out by thieves. And wiring was all good. I did take a scanner and delete codes but immediately came back up. I thought of a simple fix yesterday night which I'm not sure why I didn't think of sooner.. I disconnected the battery for a minute and now no VSC/Traction control and no CEL. Not sure if I fixed the issue but scanner isn't giving me any current codes. I'll be on the lookout for the week. Hopefully, that's all it took.
