Planning on setting my truck up with Bilstein 5100s with the fronts set at the middle clip, SCS Ray 10 wheels (+25) offset, and 295/70/R18 Ridge Grapplers. Does anyone else have the same setup or very similar? Any cab mount rubbing issues? Not worried about plastic rubbing, I have a sawzall :fenforcer:

I am also a welder/fabricator by trade so I could do a body mount chop myself but would prefer not to :welder:

    Thanks!

You might not need much trimming at all, but in case you do...

The LCA cams which are used for alignment can also be used to move your wheels fore and aft. Forward is good because that gives you more caster which is usually nice (better self-centering). So... if you want to avoid a BMC you certainly can. Space your bumper forward with some 5/8" nuts, move the liner forward by drilling new holes, and heatgun the liner, and you'll have lots of room in the front. You maximize caster (and forward position of the wheel) by setting the rear LCA cams out as far as possible, and adjusting the fronts til camber is right. Usually you'll want a hair more caster on the right wheel than the left to account for the effects of road crown.

Just did 5100’s on middle clip stock rears still. 285/65-18 and method wheels +25mm offset. Only had to remove the tiny mudflats in front of front tire to stop rubbing. Comes off with two 10mm bolts each

great! Could you turn your wheels to the closest point possible to the body mount and see how far the tire is from hitting? Or just take a picture of that sometime for me? That would be awesome, thanks!

I can take some later today, I know there’s other threads on here referencing the stick out if you search in the SCS Ray 10 threads
