What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

And how's the ride difference? And did you have to relevel with new shocks? Did it raise height?

 

The ride is great. It’s not as dramatic on road as others would suggest on here, but you can tell a clear difference in offroad ride quality.
Yea it raised the front about 2 inches, but the AAL raised the rear about 2 inches as well keeping all of my factory rake.

 

I had a couple minor issues with the head unit at first but Phoenix Automotive had real good customer service and was able to send me updates to load onto the unit. Took a couple program updates but everything works great and love it!

Everyone who sees it in person loves it and asks where to get it and how hard to install.

At half the price of bigger name brands, over twice the screen, and more customizable setups, figured it was worth a try and does not disappoint!

 

Was it a 10mm?

 

Got them installed, fit like shit! Had to sand them down a little so they’d fit correctly! Also had to add 3M tape to them so they’d stay stuck to doors…all in all my opinion…I guess there worth the money and look nice once they stay put.

 

303’d console in preparation to spray the shifter trim matte clear. Hopefully I don’t screw it up.

 

Waterless washed it today.






Very pleased with the results and the start to finish time of approximately 10 minutes.

The flares scratch easy. They rub thru yer paint. I used rhino liner under to protect the metal. The truck is 8yrs old and 200+k miles so I’m more willing to scatch and bruise my truck.

 

Found a Bakflip MX4 on FB Marketplace for $300 today!! Has some minor dents but overall looks good. Hope to get it installed tomorrow or Tuesday.

 

I believe it was bigger than that. I can’t remember. They were using it to back a bolt up so it was wedged against the frame.

Yes sir, picked up my 2022 TRD Pro last Thursday, thing is a beast!…seriously couldn’t be happier…you know how much I loved that 2020 Platinum, and all the sweat/time I put into it building it for the channel, but honestly, you couldn’t pay me to go back, this ‘22 Pro is insane
