I could sure use some information! If anyone with a stock Pro and no load in the truck could make a measurement: distance from bump stop to frame., I could compare to mine?
Any information about how flat they sit stock would be appreciated too, especially with a picture.
    I'm measuring 3 1/2".
I have added the 3 leaf Icon helper packs that replaced the middle 2 factory leafs, but the springs are still pretty flat and actually have a slight recurve double bend. IMG_0601.jpgIMG_0605.jpg IMG_0604.jpg
I'm wondering if I should have gotten a custom Deaver set?
    Thoughts?

I sit really flat now with stock. I'm going to upgrade to custom packs as soon as your check shows up

    Check is in the mail!
Two problems: you don't have a Pro and you have a pretty heavy static load, correct? The SR5 springs you do have may be close but the spring arc on the un loaded truck is a big part of my question.

Yes, I carry a heavy load regularly, that's why I'm upgrading. Its an SR5 TRD, which if im not mistaken mifht be a different leaf than standard SR5. Your arc I'm unsure of though I'm not sure the PRO has a different leaf pack than TRD, does it? Im certainly not sure of what goes on any of them. Don't you pull a heavy camper? That might tax it a bit.

I'm running with a static load of about 1100lbs: shell, tool box, tools, sliders, winch & mount, transferflow tank& gas, skids. I'm pretty sure the stock Pro is the same as the SR5 but not positive. I'm hoping someone with an unloaded stock Pro will chime in with a picture and a measurement.

I found this old thread and maybe we are both okay with our current situation. A measurement from a stock unloaded truck would be nice confirmation though,

I read that a while back too. I also had a Tacoma that flattened to the bumpstops after one road trip. I've heard Toyota leaf springs are cheap too, with little to no curvature giving the feeling that they are flatter than they are. I'm 100% sure that I'm riding at least 2 inches lower than when I installed my lift. I'm visually sagging in the rear after my moab trip. I was parked next to some tundras at Toytec a few weeks ago and was comparing trucks. Mine have definitely flattened and I need a replacement pack. I don't ride the bumpstops like in my Tacoma but I definitely want more support for what I use mine for.

You're probably ok unless you're towing. Don't you pull a camper??

What size is your transferflow and where does it ride?

I'm rarely towing. I have a small pop up tent camper suited well to off road, a 26' travel trailer with wd hitch and a little utility trailer.

The transferflow is 46g and replaced the stock 26 gal tank, between the steel and extra fuel it adds about 200lb

That is much appreciated! Take it from me, if you're modifying your rig, take lots of "before" pictures and measurements. Afterward you're never sure what you started with!

All they really do is custom. If you go to their website there is a pretty extensive questionnaire you fill out. They review it then get back to you regarding any additional questions they may have.

The $750 quote I got was for constant 300lbs and no lift.

Dang, wish we could get some of that here! We finally got a few scattered showers last night, first in over a month. All AZ is a tinderbox!

I'm 3.25" from top of stop to frame. No load, never been loaded with anything super heavy, never towed anything.

This is good to know. When I made the decision to go with the shackles and Icon packs it was instinctive not scientific. But based on what you're measuring, I have almost exactly the same suspension travel both upward and downward as when original. This is great news considering the static load.
If you're accidentally laying under your truck admiring all that pro coolness and take a picture or 2 I'd very much like to see how flat they are!

My truck is essentially a brand new Pro without any modifications. I measured (pointy end of bumpstop to frame) the best I could in the garage and it's definitely more that 3.5" and probably closer to 4". I've never had anything heavier than a can of trash in the bed. I did measure the rear and front fender well height at 39 in the rear and 38.5" in the front. The leaf spring pack was almost flat but did have a little arch very similar to the picture above. The truck was sitting perfectly level when I measured it.

Thanks for your response, I appreciate the picture too. I'm going to continue to monitor my springs and will measure to see if there's a difference between when the fuel tank is full or empty. I'm feeling confident that the set up is right, for now. All the weight is bad for mileage too.
