Need help with value of tundra (2016 with 5,700 miles)

So, my tundra has extraordinarily low miles... 5,700 miles. It's a 2016 black Limited double cab with 4x4. It's mint. No rust. No problems. Always maintained. (Even kept battery tender on it between uses). Has as extended warranty. It's basically like new.

Background....My story is I got leukemia. The truck was hardly used because it was too big to drive in city and park in ramp at the hospital for treatments. So I just used my parent's SUV mostly. Both my mom and my dad had brain aneurysms. (Yeah, I know. What are the odds). So we had to sell their SUV to pay for expenses.

I hate to sell the tundra cause I absolutely love the truck. But now I need something smaller that will be easier to drive and fit in the hospital parking ramps as my health has worsened again. Like a Tacoma or maybe a Nissan frontier.

What value of my truck would be fair for a trade or outright sale?
