I have it but only used it a few times, so just a couple recorded runs. I’ll check my app and post them here.

Starting a thread is a great idea as more people will probably buy and add their results.

I only recorded 3 runs and these are the best of those 3. I didn’t have enough road to do a 1/4 mile pass.

Harrop stage 1 untuned. 93 octane. Done in March, unknown temperature.
34” tires- 295/70-18. Stock gear ratios. Truck weighs 6560 with me in it.

    2wd run was 6.2 sec 0-60mph
    4WD run was 5.4 sec 0-60mph

The app is quite the rabbit hole. I spent hours just watching other peoples videos. Lots of very fast stuff on there.

Whatever this forum told me to do
Get it. it's very accurate. and a Texas Company.

my only wish is for it to be on carplay/android auto.

my best was a 5.4-ish. about ~100 pages back we had a smattering of dragy's....then @ViktorG hushed us.

I learned that 5.29 gears are awesome on a tundra. @snivilous

you guys fire it back up....and I'll be y'all's huckleberry.

I imagine if I hold my breath, I could sneak a 5.3 out of the old girl.

I just got some new round black tires. Michelin LTX m/s stock size.

    The orig bridgstones lasted 51k.

5.4 is great for a big truck. Crazy.

as you are probably aware....stopping is not the forte' of a Tundra. so you have to mind the speed.

    @Downytide

    I pull better on 2nd to 3rd.

my 1st to 2nd is still squishy. @Saltyhero13 is this an issue with you?

once I get past 1st...it pulls like a train.

however...during regular rides....it's damn smooth to drive.

I left off on the trans valve thing causing harsh shifting. so, i tabled that.

my traction bars loosened up again...so if you don't hear from me tomorrow, I feel asleep under the truck.

StopTech ST60 helps, but I may go up to the 380mm rotors soon as long it fits under the stock wheels.

and yes, 5.29s help a ton, even with early 1-2 shift I still average mid 5s on 0-100kmh, snivilous is logging mid 4s for 0-60mph, and we are both on skinny 35s, Draggy is great, I got a racelogic performance box that used for track days, and draggy has 98% of the performance for 20% of the price.

I guess I’ll know once I get the Dragy, but I’m gonna go out on a limb and say I’ve recorded sub 5 second runs with video. That may have been before I put my bed cap on though. I have various runs recorded on my phone.

Are you guys brake boosting? I think the runs I did I brake boosted to 1800ish RPMs. It actually chirped the front tires in 4x4 when I launched.

You're not doing this on pavement in 4x4? I did traction off and brake boosted and lit the tries up. Need to get the launch dialed to keep up with y'all fast rigs lol.

Yes in 4x4. It won’t hurt it if you’re not turning so long as the tires are evenly worn and inflated. It can’t really bind up the driveline if you’re not turning the truck. That’s the only way to hook up. When you see videos of supercharged tundras at the track, if they have 4x4 they’re using it.

RE: Stopping: Yes, yes, yes I agree. I'm looking at brakes; Alcon and Stoptech are at the top of the list. Brakes are first order; suspension will have to wait.

RE: Shifting: I haven't been pushing it too much (AKA I've been a pu55y) to tell with the shifting out of first gear. I was wheel hoping like a mutha and I still haven't installed everything I need to. Fully laden isn't too bad but these stock AT2s suck for traction.

I also use a throttle controller in ECO so it smooths out (mutes) the low end of the throttle response.

The IPT valve body was also on my list but I love how buttery smooth the stock transmission is; I'm afraid to give it up.

Maybe I'm just not having any luck researching, but has anyone seen a Ram mount for the dragy?

I’m thinking there’s an extra conservative manual answer and a real answer for this question. I don’t know either, but I’ve never heard of anyone having a problem due to high speed. It is such a rare occurrence to do so anyway.

My problem when launching in 4HI is that the truck raises up in front and takes the weight off the front tires - then it spins one tire at the time, back and forth until the speed gets up. That cannot be good for the front diff. Anybody else have this problem?

I do have a 6 inch lift on 35s....if that matters.

Mine doesn’t do that but I also have a stiffer rear suspension since I have a progressive AAL. Most I get is a little chirp from the front tires at takeoff, but nothing continuous.

Not many companies that make traction bars for the 8 foot bed, unfortunately.

There's no limit in 4Hi. Mechanically nothing is really different besides the front driveshaft now spins.

As for the comments about keeping it perfectly straight, as long as the tires are rolling they'll slip easily so the faster you go the less issue of binding there is. Mainly you want to avoid 4wd in a tight turn on high traction.

Are you geared and supercharged? Are you sure the front is breaking traction? I don't have traction bars and never experienced that, not to say it can't happen but that's amazing you'd unload the front enough. The lift height I'm sure doesn't help, but I'd think that's a relatively marginal lever arm increase.

And in regards to traction bars, you could buy some and sleeve and weld them to extend them I would think.

Not geared but do have the Stg II SC. Yep the front lifts until the one of the fronts loses traction, spins and starts back down then it lifts up until the other front tire loses traction - up and down repeatedly. Not very good for the front diff. I don't have the skills or desire to make my own traction bars. My back tires don't wheel hop in 2WD either, just spins.

I wonder if the longer wheelbase has anything to do with it?

One would think being an 8ft bed that would help keep everything planted. I assume everything is tight,, no broken shocks, nothing lose?? In four wheel drive I have always seen and heard that both front and rear grab, and off to the races!:). Put some weight up there?? Best of luck.
