WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO YOUR 3RD GEN TUNDRA TODAY?

Put on my 295/60/20’s today and limited wheels on my SR5 and TRD exhaust.

 

Added a 1” Cornfed spacer to the rear w/ the 2.25” IVD spacer up front. Happy with the ride.

What bags are you looking at? I’m looking also and just interested what other people are checking out.

 

How are you liking the TRD exhaust?

 

I ditched a little bit of “chrome” last night. OEM painted parts for the win.

 

1.25" spacers. I love the look of the 20" black sr5 premium sport wheels and this just gives them that subtle poke

 

AJT design key fob. Ordered Monday got it today. Matching key fob to truck.

 

Been waiting for this mod to hit the market, I loved my AJT fob on my 2017

 

Still waiting for my dealer to be able to order this exhaust

 

I want just the tail pipe section. Those dual tips look awesome

 

Took a visit to the plastic surgeon

 

Well I knew what I was getting in buying it as we have done a few at the dealership. I got it because of the looks to complete the TRD package I am doing. I have custom TRd center caps being done by the body shop to go into the wheels and then the trd offroad shift knob.
But I love the way it looks the sound the best way I can give a real feedback is 10% difference in sound. But looks is 100% better

*Update: Still tinkering. Removed the 'Pro' indent with some black silicone caulk. Just needs a little clean up when everything dries. I like it lol

 

If it was a hybrid I’d say it’s epic, but since it’s not it’s kind of lame.. that being said send it to me, paint the letters bronze and I’ll be stoked

 

Technically I'm not lying. It is a TRD Offroad lol.. but yea the 437 HP / 583 lb ft torque hybrid is way cooler.

At least the TRD Pro grille doesn't say TRD Pro.It's just the brand identifier

Disagree here, it’s a heritage grill as they call it on the Tacoma and available with their lift kit.

agree, we'll disagree. i'm just a fan of letting people do them - who cares if people are switching parts or adding things that didn't come with their model. it's all in the spirit of enjoying what we have and having the freedom to do so. i'll cease and desist and go back to enjoying the mods here

hmm pretty sure the overland style bar was originally done for Toyotas and the bubba crowd knocked it off. That bumper is specifically designed for the 22 tundra, not some f350- stupid argument sir

 

It looks cool man, people are gonna hate because it’s a faux TRD Pro look lol. Who cares it’s your truck.

 

For my platinum, I'm sticking with all black, dark chrome, gun metal, etc. But I think the additional touch of red works well with your wheels. As someone else said, you do you, it's your ride.

 

Did you have the swing out air dam? If so, are you getting codes? I heard folks are working on a hack for that issue..

I’ll eventually upgrade the suspension when there are more choices available. Without crazy long lead times. It’s pretty rough on the trails with the trd off road bilsteins. I debadged all the chrome as well. Waiting on the black overlays for the grill, door and tailgate handles. Waiting for an amp step for the bed as well.
