    Hmm
Never been a big bourbon guy, but I might need to retry with chocolate and toffee because that sounds like it’s got potential

Nope. Trying to drop some pounds. Back into the gym plus cutting out sweets and booze. Gonna be a rough two months.

You got it and you feel so much better after you get past the initial shock! I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks training for the Spartan race. I’ve probably gained it all back at this point since I postponed the race due to moving but going to get back after it once we get settled in the new house.

    Yeah.
I used to be 175-180 and in great shape. Took a lot of work, but felt good.
Then I got promoted at work, which meant more stress, way more hours, more responsibility. I’ve done pretty good at keeping my diet good (but not as good as it was at my peak), but the lack of exercise has taken its toll. So I’m using this challenge to kick start taking back the time to get things going in the right direction.

The diet killer isn’t the wine and jo jo’s. It’s the wine, jo jo’s and now a breakfast sammich to give me some vitamin G!

I was too lazy last night to make my normal breakfast of overnight oats and fruit so I grabbed a package of the kids pop tarts this morning instead. I fail with the best of them too when it comes to diets.

My wife has really gotten into overnight oats. A corner of our fridge is dedicated to a bunch of various flavors. Sure wish I liked them, but couldn’t get past the texture.

I can see that. I’m wasn’t and I am still not a traditional oatmeal fan but somehow I can eat them cold in overnight oats. Adding peanut butter and all the other goodies helps me.

In case anyone here is looking for a Gen2.5 Pro... Toyota of Newport just put up a black 2020 Pro. I believe it's at 30k miles and is listed for $57k. Seems high to me! But, given the currently climate, who knows?

I load up my oatmeal as well. Well, I did when I used to eat it….lately not so much.
Prices are coming down then. KBB on my truck used to $3k over MSRP.

Belly up to the bar and report out on those weekend plans fellas!

My kids are off at my folks, so the wife and I are relaxing. Tried to do some last minute camping, but that fell thru. So I think we are going to catch up on all the movies and DVR recordings we have.

That sounds like an awesome weekend!

We are likely going to be out on the boat tomorrow, Spokane Indians game on Sunday, and packing up the house in between.

    Nice.
My wife is off on a four day hike with her friend in the Eagle Caps. I just picked up my truck after three weeks at the body shop. I’m in a weight loss challenge so no booze for me, but looking to relax and sleep in a little. Might pick blueberries in the morning, help a buddy build his first AR, get my StarLink permanently installed, work on a few minor mods, throw the ball for the dog…

So good to be driving my truck again.

Yes. They did great work and it looks brand new (of course, most of it is…)
Impressive how much they had to replace

Alright peeps. This offer is for active PNW members only.

I got these traction boards from my Tundra Secret Santa two years ago. Super stoked to get them and they’ve been riding around in my truck box ever since. Never used. Whelp, I thought the mounts on my Victory molle panel were universal but they are not. Couldn’t find a way to secure the boards w/o my OCD going nuts, so in a moment of alcohol-induced weakness I bought the boards that fit the Victory panel.

These are now just sitting in my garage taking up space. To honor the original gift, I shall give them to anyone here that wants ‘em. They are the Maxsa Innovations 20333 boards

PM me and we can work out the details.
