I don’t really care for Wheaties myself, but I figure a guy would more than likely make an exception to eat them out of that missing belly button bowl she’s got.

I just read that South Florida is having an Annual Florida Python Challenge soon. I believe it's too late to sign up for this year but I'm hoping that Tom puts together a team for next years hunt.

With some practice, we could win this!

It’s innate. A healthy fear passed down by my ancestors.
I can work myself up to clearing a building alone with little effort. If I were to ever try to convince myself to hang out near a snake, the connections just won’t fire.

That’s the funny thing. I dont mind spiders a bit.
Grew up out west catching tarantulas, centipedes, and scorpions. Over here in the south we have every kind of spider imaginable it seems, including black widows and brown recluses. I see one of those about every week in someones attic or another. Also we have some pretty insanely large but harmless ones:

Off topic, sorta, but a buddy of mine and I have had over a 2 decade debate on which would win between a Mountain Lion and a Brown Bear/ Grizzly. I dont remember what started it, probably alcohol, but it lingers to this day.

I’m all about high speed, low drag so Ive argued for the mountain lion. He says the bear.

Assuming both are adults, my money is on the grizzly. They're 2 - 3 times the weight, their thick fur and fat layer will protect them from most tooth and claw attacks from a mtn lion and one good connection from a swipe of a paw with those 5" claws and it's over.

Black bear vs mountain lion is a more even match, but I'd still put my money on the bear. I've seen enough videos of bears and lions together to figure that a lion will hold it's ground and snarl for awhile, but eventually leave before a fight really becomes full contact.

One good neck chomp with those razor teeth on the bear’s esophagus and jugulars and its all over with. It just takes the right timing on the attack. The bear will “struggle” and lose energy after a while as the cat relocates and tires it down. Eventually flank, jump up on the bears back with claws extended, make its way upward to the neck ( even if bear stands) and lean inward and grab and tear that neck. Game over.

you can see now how this argument can last decades back and forth. Even if I concede, I can come back later with another “but if” and vice versa lol
