I think the 14-50 is more versatile/future proof. Yes, a Tesla wall charger charges faster but a 14-50 is plenty fast enough and if you ever get an additional non-Tesla EV or plug-in hybrid like a RAV4 Prime, you’ll be able to charge both with the 14-50.

Whatever this forum told me to do
Took our youngest to college over the last couple days....

we took the Tundra. (Daughter drove her '18 highlander.)

got 18mpg on the way up (200miles one way) 65mph. tailwind
got 16mpg on way back. 65mph headwind.

so, all these lectures about how to get good mileage in a tundra are cannon-fodder. just drive it.

    now the best part...

on the way back - the wife says "I miss my car - I'm going for a ride in it tonight." that's how awesome a Tesla MS is.

I was closing a deal with a client yesterday (it’ll be a done deal) and we were talking Teslas. He’s a Tesla geek, but owns an Audi (yuck) as of now. He was telling me how unexpected the Tesla was for him. Like all, he thought it was like a Prius, and then his body was slammed against the seat. He had no idea how fast they can be, along with the tech.

whoever gets the update with the cloud profiles let us know how it is. apparently you can keep your navigation address locations tied to your profile (in addition to mirrors, seats, etc)

No telling how long it would push you back but you can defer this build (not accept) in hopes to have delivery pushed to 2023 to get the $7,500 deduction.

That's probably why I just got moved up, people canceling or deferring.

Unless Tesla lowers the price of the LRM3 for those on order or the bill bumps up the $55k limit, mine won't qualify.

Does anyone know where they are at on the EV bill?

Whatever this forum told me to do
    why the income limit?

these cars are only affordable to the well employed.

    It’s a joke

I’m sure there is language in there to hurt Tesla and help gm and ford. Unions

And if it benefits the earth, everyone should get a tax break. Because saving the earth is cool right? Beuller?

    I’ll stop now
