    You’re 2.5 gen, not 3rd, but here’s your numbers for a 2017

Shock Absorber Bolt - Toyota (90105-A0382)

Suspension Control Arm Nut - Toyota (90178-A0084)

Ahh, makes sense. I sure don’t see much listed online for ‘22 parts, probably easiest to contact your dealer parts dept.

Anybody got part numbers for the two Spindle bolts? I feel like it strips pretty easily so I'd like to have backups.

The 2 bolts that hold lower ball joint? If so, just gotta be careful, if those bolts strip then the spindle threads will probably be damage too. Always thread by hand first. Here are the bolt part# though.

Just to follow up, dealership doesn’t have the bolt I need, southeast Toyota doesn’t have any……trying to order from Toyota directly. I’m trying to re tool the threads/nut but not sure I’ll be successful. If not I’ll have to find something close. I know better than try to work on my truck. Haha

These bolts are pretty resilient and DO NOT strip easily. The only time they strip easily is if you hammer them in with an impact wrench before ensuring they are threading in accordingly, but then again that goes for any bolt. They've had this design in the Tacomas and Tundras since at least 2007. Of the 5-6 lifts I've done in both of those models, none of these bolts have been an issue.

Having done my lift install myself, I'm still wondering and struggling to figure out how the OP messed up that lower strut bolt.

Haha. I’m capable of screwing up pretty much anything. My big mistake was being in a hurry I guess. Used an impact wrench and must have not had threads straight. But, it wasn’t hard to strip it. I didn’t get far and the threads were gone. The rest of the lift went fine after I put the impact wrench away.

Fair enough! I cringed a little bit watching how much impact wrench Westcott used to install their lift in the YouTube video, and I tented to only use the impact to loosen anything, and even then I mostly only use it on the wheels. Regardless, I hope you can find a bolt in the short term!

Local machine shop was able to make the bolt usable luckily.
