Does anyone have the alpharex luxx taillights?

Does anyone have these taillights on their truck and if so can you post some pictures? These recently caught my eye.

Can you post a picture with both lights off. Im between the red ones and the alpha black version. Just wondering which one would look best on my magnetic grey tundra.

 

IMO, Alpha Black version will go very well with your MGM as the four sequential led bars are dark gray in color when off.

 

These are so sweet looking. Late gen get all the love!

I think i might just buy the red and the alpha black and see which ones look the best and sell which ever one i dont keep.

 

If you do please post up some pics. MGM also here and its so hard to tell which would look best. I have also been looking at the HiRev ones.

Just bought these. Your pics were the deciding factor lol. My tundra is also white and was looking for good pics to pull the trigger

 

Very nice led tail lights as they are a big improvement over the factory tails. I'm torn between ordering the alpha black or black version for my '21 MBM TRD Sport Premium. It is all blacked out including matte black TRD 4x4 sport vinyl decals. The only thing that isn't black are the SCS matte gunmetal wheels. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your opinion as it is much appreciated! I didn't even consider the red version but after watching that video, I completely agree with you on the choice of red. Red definitely looks far better on a black vehicle. I think the alpha black would look too aftermarket and the black would look cheap on a black vehicle. Thanks again!

I will be purchasing a set soon and will definitely post pics. I've decided on the alpha black as I like the amber turn signals better than all red and I'm not a fan of any chrome inside the lighting unit. After noticing the dark grey inside the alpha black, it will also compliment the scs matte gunmetal grey wheels. Those along with the "TOYOTA" lettering on the trd pro grille will be the only three non black things on the truck. I also just ordered the Klearz smoked third stop light lens.

 

Let us know how on the quality of that klearz lens. I’m interested in ordering one myself

 

So for those that have them, it looks like the lights flicker when in parking light/running light mode...is that how they look or is it a distortion in the video?

You bet! I was on their website and noticed that they only offer the smoked and clear for $110/$100. The light smoked is considered a custom color and it is $150. I'll upload pics soon!

Thanks, just bought some alpha black lights. I was going back and forth between that and the red ones. Hopefully i made the right decision. I'll post pics here once i get them

 

You're very welcome! I was torn between all three. I went with a personal list of cons about each color and in the end, I ended up selecting my initial choice.

I like the red but for me it was too busy looking in the daylight. It consists of two shades of red as the red reflector and the leds look completely different. It also has chrome accents inside on the led edges. Along with those two things, the turn signals are red and I wanted the amber.

The black is nice but it finally came down to the white leds. I like contrast but because the alpha black leds are a dark grey and not black and I felt it was just enough contrast. I also liked the fact that the alpha black have a nice mix of matte and gloss black inside and no chrome.

In the end, all three look great and it just comes down to your personal preference. There really is no wrong choice!

 

These just came in today. Ill install them sometime this weekend.

 

They look awesome! The set I ordered are in transit to Blaine, WA and the US/Canada border is a 10 min. drive for me. I do all of my shopping in the US.

 

I just picked up the new Klearz smoked lens yesterday. It is very high quality and no difference between the factory lens. I’m going to ceramic coat it before i install it.
