    Good morning folks.

I am starting to lean towards getting 37s on my Pro. I have a coachbuilder pro kit sitting in the garage, SPC uppers on the way. My local shop will do a very aggressive BMC and pinch weld mod as well. I’m hoping to use Nittos 37/11.5/18s. Wheel spacers are 1.25 Boras as I want to keep the stock wheels.

Are any members running 37s with a similar setup?

I don't think you'll clear the front bumper without a ton of cutting. May still rub the body mount if you don't do a relocate. But if you're going to do the work to clear 37's just get the 12.5 wides. I'm pushed up to about 3.25" lift up front and I barely rub the fender liner still at full compression.

I think you'll be fine, as your wheels and tires are narrow. Search similar rim, tire, lift, 37 builds. You'll be losing the swaybar, right? You have bumper shims, but look at modding the liner as well; heatgun and move the lower attachment forward. SPCs will give you some freedom in moving the tires fore-aft, which is nice.

Make sure they got the tires! I've tried to order that size twice and after months of wait they just told me its out of stock and no eta for restocking.

What if the bumper is shimmed forward an inch?

yeah i definitely will. This is a slow going project that I’m getting the pieces together for. I won’t install anything until all the pieces are here. Might have to order the tires now to get them next year…

I rather not lose the sway bar. I didn’t think about that till now.

I’m on 37s with a westcott lift, I do have an aftermarket bumper. You could always viper cut your front bumper. Where there is a will there is a way

I like not having a swaybar. I didn't need to remove it, but the shocks make it unnecessary. Since you are sticking with stock shocks that are designed for the swaybar being there, you might get more body roll than you like.

I don't know if you'll be hitting; check other 37 builds and see if anyone has successfully kept it. Unfortunately more outboard offset would be the fix, but that makes it harder to get clearance in the wheelwell.

Ive definitely been eyeing some bumpers but genuinely enjoy the OEM look, and not having the weight.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone.

The pro suspension is a bit soft. And with the CB setup it’s probably not going to bring up the front end high enough for you to get away with it especially if you actually wheel your truck.

Imo It’s probably not going to cut it. You’re going to need to cut a lot. Check out my build thread if you want to see more pics/info

I hear ya. The softness of it is probably my favorite part and why im trying to hold onto it so much. Once this fox stuff needs to be rebuilt ill likely go with Kings but until then ill see what i can get away with. If i need to wheel hard I take my FJ.

If it had dual lockers, a winch, and skids all around like the FJ does i totally would! Plus im willing to drive the FJ through pretty much anything since its scratched to hell. Tundra is definitely going on some longer chill trips like Mojave road this fall though!
