Steve is making a full recovery, completely unexpected seeing how poorly he/she was doing.

I didn’t think my GF was going to pull it off.

Steve is insane, and I fear for my life when I sleep cause he terrorizes my room all night long.

He, I mean she, over eats and I have to rub her belly and treat her like a maraca rattle to get her to settle down lol.

I absolutely can’t stand dogs, but I will love/ torment a kitty all day long

 

Glad Steve is doing great. But anyone who hates dogs is someone I would consider mentally ill, and should be publically shamed.

About the dogs... the right dog can wiggle its way into your heart just as a cat can. I know this because I grew up with dogs in the family and had dogs as we raised the two older kids. Then a divorce happened and I met my second wife. She is HIGHLY allergic to dogs. She introduced me to our little Mocha. My first cat. She is a daddy's girl and is a perfect cat! Now we have a total of four cats in two homes. I'm now a true cat guy. I still love the dogs though. Now I understand cats too.

My point is... open your mind and heart a little. The right dog could really touch you in a way you wouldn't expect.

YES! Had a dog 30 years ago and he was terrible, could have been my fault due to ignorance with raising him but got rid of him 2 years later. That day came when he ran through the house shaking the feather pillow and ate my wife’s favorite plant. Fast forward to today and we have two kitties. So much easier. Here is Bleu claiming my sitting area as her favorite bed

 

I guess it is possible. Speaking for myself, I love all animals. It doesn't mean I want to take them home with me. I tend to like the small dogs and the smart dogs. To each their own. If you don't like dogs then who am I to fix that?

 

Leonard. He’s got more personality than a lot of people I know.

 

All four of our cats have tons of personality and they're very individualized. Your Leonard is cute and looks like he's fun loving and bratty.

She's beautiful too! Funny thing is we also have two black cats. One is a long hair too.

 

I welcome our new kitten, Cosmo.

He was literally rescued from the edge of a highway along with two more siblings (currently in foster care), they were dirty, dehydrated, hungry and scared, but not all that scared of us which led me to believe they were abandoned by some human filth... I can only hope that person gets what he or she deserves for such a crime.

But on the other hand, I do thank that human filth.
He's incredibly loving, playful and fears no cat bigger than him, so I can't help but feel lucky.

He's a very proficient jumper for his age and really fast when chasing toys.
