I’ve slid mine! Pretty well balanced, but feels like a heavy car. Pretty impressive how it light a tire up, doesn’t take much effort!

Put it in track mode, and set the power all the way to the rear with trac all the way off. You’ll be sliding like crazy

No changes, does the same thing. They did go-away with this a while ago, but never really paid attention to it

I swear, half the support for Tesla is just because Elon is such a character about stuff.

My wife paid $50k for a ES and can't grasp the concept of auto temperature control. Even though it's just like our house thermostat.

No doubt. One of the big drawbacks about EV’s, they are all heavy! Hummer EV is 9,000lbs!

I wish it was a 3,700lb car. They tip the scales at 4,000lbs +

Sure is a grippy AWD system though, worth it’s weight!

That weight would help too. It'd just suck in deeper snow. You'd sink.

Maybe. We get good snow up here and didn’t have an issue. It has the front drive unit too

I don’t plan on taking this one in the snow, if avoidable. I’ll just drive the wife’s Highlander to the gym lol

Would you be ok pushing it in 12-24 inch plowed berms at the end of your driveway? I imagine you'd either damage the front, or climb up initially only to sink and high center after. This is the scenario that brought me to the Tundra, actually.

I would never risk that lol. My tundra sank before it was lifted …it was doing great (on street tires) until I turned around to help the wife who was stuck in her (previous) jeep :goingcrazy:

I don't have a choice. That's my drive way some days.

My WRX was snowed in for about 3 months. It pissed me of that I made payments and paid insurance on a car I couldn't drive, so I traded it in. Dumb mistake and I miss that car. :(

Oh, I would be too lol. I got my first Tacoma after being (almost) stranded in my RWD GT going up a hill lol. In a perfect world I’d own the Tundra and Tesla just for me. Until then, or at least a few years it’ll be my vehicle and the wife’s
