    I like that!

I'm guilty though of having objects sitting in that area. I'm sure it'll be 95 next summer and something will move around turn one of my seats on. Causing me to sweat more than I already do lol

Sorry bud, I don't remember. It's just a sticker I cut to fit. It took me a while to find the black and white. I just searched reverse image 5x7 American flag sticker. Found lots of Red, White and Blue ones that would work but wanted it to fit better the rest of the truck.

I dropped my truck off at the dealership for stolen cats in November 2021.
I picked it up a couple of weeks ago with temps here 100+.
Noticed after a few minutes of driving the driver's seat heater was still on from November..:eek2:

Yea what I wrote above was to say you don’t need to get between the console and the seat. Leave that part untouched and come from other side since I’m not doing a full replacement of the seats. Idk I’m going to see how it goes but If it’s too annoying I’ll just pull them out like most here have said.

You'll end up pulling them out.
You're wasting your time trying to keep them in and to save time ..
Just about everyone has told you taking them out is the way to do it.

You're going to need to pull the seat back and bottom very taught to get them back into place.
You aren't going to be able to do that with the console in the way, you need to be able to grab that area and pull it.

    Something else you need to consider;
The interior plastic is very soft and scratches so easily.
Every time you rub up against the console, be it a hog ring or one of your tools, it is going to leave a mark on it.
Those marks don't buff out either...

If you're going to do the job, you might as well do it right..
I don't understand why you are trying to make this job harder by leaving the seats in..

Pull the seat, take the top of the console off so you can run your wires, have them come out the console side by the seat so they won't be seen.
Pulling the top off the console is easy, everything just pulls off.
    Good luck..

Still cannot find that switch anywhere…there’s a ton of Canada Toyota part stores online. Figure it’s gotta be in one of those somewhere.

I found that switch. Was originally used for rav4 so not sure if connectors are same for tundra or if just the face/switch front is the same. Either way we’re getting close and here is the link to it.

Yea I found it cheaper elsewhere like ebay and stuff. Just was sending official oem link for reference. Let me know if you end up going this route cuz I like the factory look also.
