I don't know what this panel is called but is there aftermarket replacements that might possibly have the same size buttons all the way across? I don't like/need the cigarette port and don't like their sorry USB chargers. Ideally I would like all ports like these three.

Never heard of one. You would have to cut out the current one and use a 3D printer to create one. I am certain you will be able to sell them on this Forum when get it created!

    I'm on it... I'll just need a 3D printer

So I scoured the Internet for probably 30 minutes looking for images of the dash panels. Then it dawned on me... I can just grab my phone and walk 22ft to my truck and make them myself. It takes longer to put on shoes than to get the images I'm looking for. Now I have them I'll share them in-case someone else might need them.

    I like your idea.
If you got one made I'd buy one for my 2014.

That 12v socket is easily replaced with a round USB plug port..
I bought one with a voltmeter because I wanted a true reading.

I used to have one with an HDMI plug when I had a Pioneer HU that supported it.

But really like your idea of straight across Toyota-sized dash holes.
We don't need 12v sockets anymore..

I need a hobby so maybe I'll look into this 3D print stuff and see what I can figure out for the truck. I am a software engineer by day so that means it will be a great success or a total f'ing failure.
