    Tried both. No dice. Grainger is my go-to, or Fastenal if they don't have what I need. I just need a small packs of shims, Grainger has 10-packs of 42" sections, each 42" section makes 12 shims (120 total, see sample 1 of 10 below). I need 2 shims, not paying $280+ for 120 shims.

    There are places that sell what would work, but all online. I need one, like, today. I see this place, this place, this place all sell online, but shockingly I found nothing locally, not even from ASSA Abloy.

    I've got some 16ga steel in my shop, that's ~1/16". After doing some digging, I see those shims are 3/16" - 1/4" wide. I'm waiting on him to send me confirmation the hinge is 3.5" and I'm just going to knock out a couple of strips for him and install to get the door back in alignment.

    Shoulda spent more time working on it than hunting for it. :rofl:

    Found a 3.5" long, 1/2" wide bracket that was 15ga (.07) steel, pre-drilled in 3 places for easy cutting. Halved it, rounded edges, deburred, and bingo.

    I need to hunt on this one. I can't fathom why these cost so much. I feel like I could be making a killing selling stupid little steel blanks...

    I think I can spare 1. Took me goddamn forever to find them. I'd always seen pictures online, but never found a source. Had to order from a print shop in the UK.

    I mean, Etsy is an open marketplace. You can pretty much find anything. Don't stop with just one of the sellers.

    Okay… I read your first pic way wrong, size-wise. I’ve used composite door shims in lieu of. You can just figure the thickness you need, then cut a 1/4” piece outta the shim at figured thickness, if that makes sense. And composite shims cost next to nothing.
    @txagg
    I actually did do some searching for you and couldn’t find exactly what you’re lookin for, but had a couple ideas and saw a few that just need minor alterations to work as you wish. Couple questions; must it be wall mounted? And with locks or not important?

    Hey now think I requested first right of refusal on those :D Link
    We looked at @bmf4069 sway bar links specifically because I noticed his sway bar was almost perfectly level after lift while mine goes into the links at a stupid angle. Not sure what causes such a drastic difference in the angle. Both trucks are lifted but different brands of equipment and different heights. My moog ones only have about 5k on em but the bushings are shot already.
