That mailbox is ugly but I can say this because I too have an ugly mailbox.

It's on my list of things to replace.

Mine looks like this but in old man tan.

    Screenshot_20220725-223126-067.jpg

And I keep telling my wife it reminds me of these. Something about the shape, and type of plastic makes me think of it every time. Maybe I'll paint my mailbox yellow/orange.

I'll play some tunes you haven't heard before, for sure. DJ is a job we can all share tho. I listen to alot of different stuff, but even I get tired of what i listen to after awhile. Plus I don't wanna be the only one to be reprimanded by @Sunnier for playin tunes

Oh you know that song will be played...

This isn't my pic, it's from a seller's ad, but I did install this exact mailbox on a job once. Thought it was pretty cool

LOL!! Two things. Actually, three things:

    1. I swear, I read your earlier post to mean that you bought it. Then your mother-in-law kept looking at it, became obsessed, then she bought one, but that your wife is still not convinced. I’m trying to decide if I have time in my life to go back and reread it. Hint: probably not.

    2. this is funnier than $4!t, now that I understand what’s going on here. Yes, I and others could not figure out how you could have picked that mailbox. Very funny now that I know you did not, and you are putting up with it. Still laughing.

    3. If I had not quoted your post to respond, I think I would have missed the fine print. And I’m one of the two of us who actually sees it. And… You said last week you don’t really know how to tell the difference between the second and turd gen and don’t know which you may eventually get. As you are telling us this chrome grill mailbox looks good in person, my bet is on a turd gen.

@RUSTYNUTS , if it were anyone but @alb1k , You have been challenged about why you know about the shiny chrome trash cans in ladies restrooms. Just saying.

Haha, it's funny because it's true. As side note, I've been looking at 2nd+ gens this week and wondering - is that what @Sunnier meant? It's a small bulge, wait, no bulge on that one!

I did go to a restroom in a bar in VA and they made urinals out of polished kegs. Amazing to pee in.
