Posting so I can find this later. If you're looking for the same one that I am, it's the OEM switch that comes in the Canadian TRD pro models. It fits in one blank under the console and controls both seats (I think). that would be the most factory option I could think of.

I have read somewhere that some trucks come with the heated panels already in the seats, just no other wiring.

Is there a way to tell if the seats have this, without taking the seat apart?

I doubt they include it already unless it’s some other country like these sr5 models in Canada that have sunroofs and heated seats unlike here in the US

I just took my sr5 seats apart this weekend to install leather covers. Stripped down to the foam. I can confirm there’s no heated panels already in the seats. I added my own panels and just need to wire them up.

Honestly it was a cheap eBay kit. Like $169 for fronts and backs cheap lol. They didn’t come out too bad. Still need to flatten out some. Once you pull the seats out and have a good set of hog ring pliers, the process isn’t too bad. Took two of us an hour and a half for the front two seats.

Hey bud, can you look up the seller for me? I’m interested in getting some new leather seats. The ones I have are grey and I’d like to go to black.

So these were the first ones I bought and I had the two fronts on. Then a few days later when we went to install the rears, we realized the ones I got were mislabeled and were for a double cab. I returned them and got a new set. Still not happy with the new set because they don't have the built in bar support that you hook hog rings to down into the foam. I believe the ones in my picture were https://www.ebay.com/itm/115678080535

They're not bad for what they are. In a year or two I'll probably bite the bullet and get clazzios. That'll be once my current ones wear out though.
