Not standard in all '22s. I got it included in the SR5 through the SR5 Premium Package. I'm not sure if higher trims have it standard.

Has anyone worked with Cool Springs Toyota (outside of Nashville) in Tennessee?

I get my 2021 serviced there. I live 5 min away. Roman has a big following there apparently. Never tried buying from them. Was kinda turned off by the $6k markup on a Camry inside on the floor my last visit.

Will probably be better off working with Beaman in Nashville if you have the option.

Dang , I Love this community an appreciate you all ! Thankyou for all the follow up , my time table for a new truck has unfortunately moved up a bit,, anyway I am in bama and was tryin to shy away from the southeastern territory (SET) dealers an had been reachin out to some in nashville (2 hr drive away) . so after about 5 connections with the dealer in cool springs they finally sent me a quote. and i could not believe the markup. i tow a bit (couple times a month on avg) not real heavy 4000-6000lb .. so was researching into the pricing of a hybrid w/ avs package. here is what they sent

My 1794 was in the 67k range so it looks like a 15-20k markup

What is that, a $70k truck? Maybe a bit less? EDIT: yep, $67k

This reinforces the decision I made a few years ago to absolutely never even consider dealing with Toyota of Cool Springs ever again.

I went with Serra Toyota in Decatur. No markup when I submitted an order request at the end of March. My truck is set for delivery at the end of this week. I would also try Landers Mclarty in Fayetteville TN. That was going to be my second option as they didnt sell above MSRP at the time.

Bought mine from Landers McClarty. I would do business with them again.

The central Alabama dealers all seem to be resisting the urge to add crazy markups, but I'm getting really tired of waiting on a suitable truck. Put down my money with Serra at the end of February for a Limited O.R. with 5 color choices and still waiting as Toyota builds whatever they decide to build. Toyota's process is pretty dang goofy.

appreciate all the reply’s ladies an gentlemen. i mean really i go to the Toyota website price out the truck with different options (couple choices here a couple choices there) and come up with a price range of 65k to 70k (which is shocking enough) and then after multiple back an forth conversations with them they give me a quote of a market value selling price of $84,480 an a out the door price of $91,782. i believe this world has gone completely bat shit crazy.

In the last week my relatively rural area I’ve seen a big uptick in 3rd Gens on the road. Our greater county area population is right around 100k (but that spans a large chunk of land) and it used to be normal to see about 20-30 tundras in the area. Not every day mind you, just in total.

in the last week I bet I’ve seen 6-10 3rd gens on the road. They look pretty rad in person. Not a fan of the rear so much (looks pretty Silverado-ish to me) but the rest of the truck looks pretty boss.

Edit: 2-3 seems like it would be an appropriate amount given my area, demographics, etc. so it’s pretty cool to see the extra enthusiasm for these

Around here I've seen a blueprint 1794. I want to see a pro in the wild. I have one being built and have driven one but want to see it from a pedestrian standpoint. I hope I have the same giddy reaction like when I see a gen 3 raptor (also ordered).

It works in the normal market because most of the dealers are willing to trade trucks with each other and get you what you want, but in the current market, you are right, it sucks. Just build them to what the customer wants because they aren't sitting on lots anyway.

Holy man! You may never drive something new. I feel like you’ve had money down on a Lightning, Raptor, at least 4 or 5 different Tundras.

I did see a LR TRD Pro at Costco today (stock) and really like it. Now I want one with a Westcott lift and 37” and call it a day. I actually keep coming back to Solar Octane and likening it more and more. It’s too loud for me, and everyone I’ve asked in the family. But man, has it grown on me. And of course have turned down at least 4 SO pros at this point. Never finding a white or LR yet.
