Nice doublecabs here! The truck of perfect proportions. A crewmax 6.5’ like you can get in a 2022 would be nice, but then it’s a bit harder to daily drive and won’t fit in as many garages. upload_2022-7-23_21-21-7.jpg

Super glad I got a DC. Since this photo she’s been lifted on TRD Fox Suspension.
Been such a great truck for me.

I think the proportions on this truck are perfect for me. Love the 6.5ft bed. My only negative on this rig is lack of rear window defroster.

I’m in the same boat, but I went with the DC, the kids will grow up and move out long before my truck dies out. The longer bed is worth it, the kids can deal with a little less leg room.

I had 2017 SR with the solid glass and what’s odd is I can’t remember it ever frosting up in the mornings (in WA state). Now I have the manual slider, but not long enough to know if it ices up yet. I think if like 4 people all got in at once after doing construction/hiking/etc. while below freezing that’s when it would fog up. Curious if someone has had it actually do this.

Best 1/2 ton extended cab ever made for rear set leg room. Granted I do sit in the driving position of a 90 year old woman, but nobody that sits behind me has any complaints.
