Platinum trim ventilated seats - upgraded fan motor available?

Just curious if anyone has tried to swap in a fan motor from a Lexus for the seat cooling? Seems like the Tundra puts out less air than new models or even older model Lexus's with the same option.

 

I’d be curious if there’s an upgrade I feel like it doesn’t cool very well lol

 

I actually find that mine works better than the fan in my GS350 or Highlander.

 

Hmmm......I wonder if there's any difference in the 1794 seats that help it? I have mine set to max all time. I mean I can feel it, but not really on the lower settings.

Same, I test drove a ram that had it and it seemed much better.

 

If you set the AC to your feet too it will help. Problem with the Tundra ventilated seats is it just takes the air from under the seat and blows it up, its not cold air unless the air under the seat is cold.

 

I hear the chewed bubble gum look is in style.

 

I'm really interested in this. I drove a 22 loaner and got so cold I had to turn it down!

 

21 platinum, barely tell its on at high setting.
