Usually a no exceptions policy. Keeps the employee safe and protects the business. I worked a job like that. Had to ID an 87 year old guy for a beer. He was confused as hell.

In high school I kept hearing about this certain clerk at a certain gas station……… that never carded minors……….. it was my uncle Tony!!!!!! I went in there one time and he literally asked me how my mom was doing, as he sold me two Mickey’s……….. it was too weird and I never went back
