Cutouts are wired up. Sound change is noticeable on throttle. Idle not so much. But I haven’t let it warm up. To be kind to the people around me, the truck remains off the rest of the night

Video really doesn’t do it justice. But valve open or closed it’s drone free. It’s visceral with the valves open

Kinda fun to hammer it from a stop with the valves open and close them while still accelerating. The looks of confusion people give is fantastic

I love it when I wake up the sporty civic in the merge lane at a light, oh you weren’t ready? Even better when it’s rainy and I’ve already got it in 4wd!

AWD t case is something I may dabble with at some point. But my next big project is fixing my vibration and a shift kit.

then I’m tempted to do a blower. But we’ll see

Deaver was 1” drop the first time. So fronts max low and still squat. Then back to stock and maybe small squat because the fronts were made for lifting. Now rears are up and it’s front adjustment then shock relocate. Which is a giant PIA I believe. Good thing I’m not doing it myself.

then fix headlights and it’s finally driveable.

then front bumper and maybe bigger rubber.

    Plenty…

the trans is the same as the taco trans.. supercharged Tacomas get level 10, or Ipt shift kits all the time.

Shift kit and a PML pan is the next step. As it is trans temps are nice. Im just fighting the random in the lornding 4th to 5th gear flare. Common accumulator piston related issue.

still not sure if I’ll do a ipt valve body or just do a sonnax zip kit. But the pan will happen. Lower temps is ideal. But even towing Tacomas 400 miles home, the temp barely crested 200 on the pan and 220 converter

shift linkage is going to be alot of dicking around. its doable. but i've lost interest.
    keeping the ol a750f.

and i ended up fixing the car and selling it that i would of gotten the trans from... used cars are $$$ today. LOL

yes. 2012 rav4 engine. with 2015 highlander hybrid pistons, a 2015 sienna ECU and harness, and a Frankenstein'd solara/mr2 transmission hybrid for better gearing.

330HP to the wheels is the goal

Based on repo rates skyrocketing right now, I don't think it'll be the case in 3-6 months. The trigger may end up being the chip supply chain un-fecking itself in the near term. One would cause used inventory glut. The other would drive down prices of new, thus forcing price of used down. But I may be wrong on one or both.

Oooh! I see red. Was that yesterday action?!
