Just replied. Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you Andy!

 

Minor update: I just notified my insert starting to come unstuck from the backer plate. During the printing process, glue stick is used on the print bed to create better adhesion to the part while it’s printing.

I suspect that if the back of the part should be cleaned with denatured alcohol or similar before installation to make sure there is no left over residue on the plastic. Acetone would work, but would also start to melt the ABS, so something less harsh would be ideal.

I will start cleaning any additional parts I ship out, but for any others of you who already have one installed, just keep an eye on yours over the coming months. You may need to clean the back and re stick with some new 3M tape. If it should happen to fall all the way off and get damaged or lost, reach out to me and we can work something out.

Excited to see this grille and insert gain popularity! I think it’s hands down the best looking option for our trucks.

Got my grille put on with the TSS Garnish from @Rube207. I've gotta say, the Garnish makes all the difference! Really helps make this truck look sharp. Don't worry. Headlights and fogs are next! Going with either Morimoto or Alpharex.
