Honestly I avoid parts stores as much as possible. Lines, idiots behind the counter, and inflated pricing I say no thanks to. RockAuto gets a lot of my business.

Nope, I've ordered the driver's holy shite grip from Sparks, got dinged again for duties and 'handling' before they'd deliver. Not Sparks fault. It's the great benefit of living in a socialist country.

UPS from the states is the worst courier by far. They almost charge the price of the item by the time you get it.

Don't think so. Those would get added at the Canadian border or by the carrier once landed. Sometimes they let it slide, depends on the courier.

    Over $100cad shipping is nuts.

For full disclosure, I wasn't looking to buy, but was curious about shipping after a few others were quoting the USA shipping.

I've shipped to Canada before. The recipient wasn't told what he'd be charged at customs until it got there as if it's an arbitrary number based on whatever they feel they wanna charge at the time. F that crap.
