    Hi,

I like putting out fires and watching Nascar. I like to torture myself with steep hikes and long runs, play with my dogs, and ponder life's mysteries over a craft beer.

I am currently looking to buy a Tundra. I know, great timing. I currently have a 2017 WRX which is fun and a good commuter, but it's not so great at hauling the dogs, camping gear, building supplies, and boats.

I'm open to a Gen 2.5 or 3, whichever I can get a decent deal on, whatever that means in the current crazy market. Not really in a huge rush, but looking forward to that lifestyle upgrade a truck provides.

I'm pretty sure that shooting was justified. You never know what took place, but a lot of people have been killed or injured for not giving bums a handout. I always keep my wife behind me and have a smoker in my pocket.

Yeah this state sucks pretty bad. I rarely go to the city anymore. The land sure is beautiful though.

Welcome and greetings from Minnesota. Good luck with your search. I much prefer NHRA or IHRA drag racing... those guys know where the finish line is, they don’t have to keep looking for it!

Hello, I had a ‘15 WRX and it was so much fun as a daily, had muffler deletes on it and the cracks & pops while shifting was so much fun.

    Thanks all.

Just a catback and tune on mine, and I replaced every mount and bushing on it besides motor mounts to firm up the drivetrain. Eats up the windiest of roads without much effort, quick enough, and I get over 30 mpg highway.

    I'm a bit of a detail nut.

Just an update on the Tundra search. I'm finding quite a few low-mile certified pre-owned 4x4 Double Cabs, but usually for not much less than the 2022 models. It's a tough call choosing between proven reliability or an improved frame and suspension with some more efficiency. I'm also not too enthused about having to chop up the front plastics of the Gen 3 to get an actual bumper on there.
