Nice! Is it easy to touch up if they get scuffed up over time?

To touch them up on truck, you need some good masking. That shit blows 3 feet. But, my front and rear bumper have had that stuff on 6-8 mos. Looks like new when clean.

I really hate when that happens. I can lose mm single tasking. I've got a sweet hole in the webbing between my thumb and index at the moment.

Today I made a bracket to hold down a case in my truck bed. Recently I’ve been on a quest to simplify getaways. After trying out multiple cheaper cases, I got a Pelican and I gotta admit, worth every penny. Packed and organized! 2 containers I’d usually take with me and store my stove in it now as well and I still have extra room. It defies physics.

Stove and mini jetboil which I got an adapter for so I can use same 1g propane tank for both

Made this bracket to secure the case to the bed. Won’t move around on the trails and if some lowlife gets any bright ideas, they’ll need to have tools.

I’m not very comfortable working with metal but as Abraham Lincoln said, anything is possible after a few beers. God bless America!

    Did Abe actually say that?
Sweet setup! Where did the yellow divider come from? And are those fuel cells just north of the jet boils/French press?

I like to believe he did even tho I made it up. Pelican makes the yellow dividers and the case lid organizer. Once you forget how much it all cost, totally worth it. Seems like it’ll last forever.

Flame king refillable propane tanks center top.

Drop your skids and the sway bar is super easy to remove.

Did you change out some of the hardware? I've always zero issues removing my sway bar from the frame and it's off right now.

It’s definitely a pain in the ass, but after I put my purse down, it wasn’t bad

    Gotcha.

Loosen the other link from the LCA and get it disconnected, then spray the sway frame mounts with some WD-40 if you need to. With the skid plates on you're going to have to fish it out though. I think the bolts holding in the sway bar to the frame are just 14MM.

But if you want to keep the sway bar, you can definitely get the other link into the other LCA hole if you pull the shock out and jack the arm up. If the LCA is too high from the sway bar link bolt, stick a pry bar in between the LCA and bumpstop and pry the LCA down.

Standard 4WD skid plate? No scrap trucks near you to replace with?

Too bad you're not closer. Still have a spare skid plate over here.

Do you also disapprove of drilling holes in headers to run electric in your walls?

Same concept, different place. If you're really worried, you could always gusset the reverse side.
