That blows. I thought, especially here in AZ, that you legally can choose whatever shop you want. And yeah, the wait to get in is everywhere. My little fender bender was March 1 and I just got my truck back today.

That's awesome that the VA agreed to pay for that. I'm sure that was a battle.Even more awesome that you are gettng some relief! I know you have a long list of meds that didn't help much. It's expensive enough that we don't see it getting used much and I've not heard much feedback on it yet.

Dude, that is awesome! Migraines suck, so finding something that can give you a break is amazing. Hope you adjust to it and the side effects abate.

I drove company supplied chevy work trucks for decades. Learned early to never go anywhere without the standard chevy repair kit; duct tape, tie wire, and a couple zip ties.

It’s still a rough rider for sure. Could you imagine this falling on your head?
I’m hoping to dry it out, put it on a sharp stick, light it on fire and run around like the kids from lord of the flies

And JB Quick weld. I have literally seen a cracked, leaking block (iron, and yes a gm. lol) at the strip get JB welded, water filled back up with a garden hose, and make another full pass.

I actually think that it's illegal to mow your yard without drinking beer.

    Looks awesome!

Now I want to do that. And yes, I have been drinking beer all day while working outside in the 105 degree temps.
