I know it sounds strange but on 2015, the Windshield washer stopped spraying, I popped the hood and turned spray on, it immediately starts flooding out to the ground near the passenger side firewall area. The hose is all one piece right? Or is there a splitter or join back in that fender area? Thanks for any clarification on where the fluid is now squirting…

Mice probably got your hose. It runs along that side… have someone squirt while you watch to see where you need to patch. Ask me how I know.

Just had to replace mine due to a leak in the same spot due to mice/rats.

Lol, I did read previous posts on rodent issues, especially on wiring, but this isn’t the case here. Truck is garaged and essentially happened overnight. Standing at the engine when the washer motor is actuated, all the fluid starts coming out from “within the fender” near the firewall.

You don't think you could have mice in your garage????? And it doesn't take but a second for them to chew thru that hose, they don't need all night.

If it is real dry or someone has poisoned mice they will hunt water.

Sounds like you signed up for the Carnuba wax with the under carriage spray option!! That’ll be $14.

The hose runs from the washer fluid tank and makes a 90 degree turn inside the fender wall at the back of the engine bay on the passenger side. Very simple fix but need to get some new rubber tubing. When I detached the cowl that leads to the passenger compartment air filter I found rodent some rodent dropping in there.

Sounds like you’ve got it figured out. I just don’t know why you’d need to wash the windshield on a vehicle that never leaves the garage. :boink:
