I was wondering if there is a way to delete the auto front air dam? I would like to run the cbi covert front bumper. One person told me just to leave the motor plugged in but tuck it somewhere since there is just soo much room. I just want to delete it all together. I don't tow anything , so why did I get the air level suspension ? I haul a lot of stuff.

I asked CBI about it and they said the dam and actuator motor have to come out when you install the covert bumper

Check out XOverland's YT channel. They tried the same technique to "fool" the truck. They just relocated the motor and left it plugged in. That didn't work. The dash still lit up with warning lights & the ECU was popping DTCs. According to them, just relocating the motor and leaving it plugged in is not enough.
