Track your Tundra when in "F" status on the train

I know trucking from port from dealership has a driver shortage but I was wondering what the average delay is? I’m in the PNW and dealership sent me a screenshot on Sunday(7/3) that showed a projected delivery timeframe of 7/1-7/7…dealership today said they have no idea when it will be delivered and said “pipeline doesn’t even show it loaded onto a truck but still shows the timeframe ending today”

 

Mine arrived in Portland on the 27th, was unloaded the 30th, arrived at the dealership yesterday the 6th. My original eta to dealer was 6/30-7/5. Depending on where your dealer is located(my dealer is in The Dalles) they could be waiting for a full truck load to your dealer. My dealer showed 10 new Toyotas on their website on the 5th, the 6, when my truck arrived, their inventory jumped to 17(my truck and 2 other Tundras then 4 other Toyota models). So I think my truck sat until they had a truck load to dealer.

Where is yours headed? Mines on a similar timeline to Washington out of Portland.

 

I’m over in Astoria so the full load could be a reason. I offered to make the trip on my own to pick it up in Portland but was told no. This wait is killing me it was release from a 30 day hold last Friday.

 

that’s brutal, hopefully soon though. Mines headed the other way to Kennewick.

 

I’m in the same boat, initial projection was last week and now the final day is today. Don’t know weather it’s worth getting nasty to the dealership over the delay or not but at this point I’m getting peeved. 2 carriers came in yesterday and my truck is still missing from the shipment and I keep getting a “they contact the managers first when it’s close to arrival” response. No one can give me an accurate time frame and when you have to plan picking the truck up and taking off from work it’s turning into a crapshoot. Hopefully I get a call today that it showed up. I’m southeast Toyota btw so I guess that’s the port problem as well.

 

Anyone around to check it today? Please and thank you!! hopefully it is on the way to the dealer.

Any chance someone could look into my truck for me? I checked the rail status and it seems like the car it was in has left for Kentucky so I’m guessing it got dropped off already. I’d really appreciate the help thank you!

Ya I really thought it was going to the same stop. Turns out the truck is closer to my house than it is the dealership lol

 

Does anyone have a number to call and bitch to or atleast get updates on where it may be? I’m not sure why but the truck I currently have a deposit on has not been updated in over a month, truck on the train since the 9th but again, no updates to the website to atleast get some lies sent to me.

I checked with dealer this AM...said my truck is in Houston waiting on transport. So, maybe next week????

I'm in the same boat. I had a guy tell me on FB last night that some regions had to halt rail and truck transport for May/June builds. Any truth to that @Bobby Z ?

I called the automated rail line to get the location of the railcar and I do not speak railroad, my dealer is telling me that the automated system is about 50% accurate, I think the truck might be on the ground in my area but not sure..

 

man, I’m trying so hard to keep that mentality as I’ve heard it a few times, but I’ve gone in and tracked all their vehicles, several on the same train with build dates later to this one and they’ve all been delivered, compared several others on Facebook groups and I’ve still not seen another blue dot tracker have as little info on them as mine seems to have this far along. Not even a rough delivery date heck even that would satisfy me at this point ha. A cross country move in the next few weeks and no idea when this is coming in has me wanting to projectile vomit everytime I think about it haha

 

According to CSX's automated system, your rail car was emptied yesterday at 11:56am. I assume that means the truck has reached the port and is on/awaiting a truck to deliver to your dealer.

 

I called the CSX phone # and got "computer issues" as my location reply lol. It then said I needed a CSX ship account# to speak with customer service. Not surprising they don't want to hear from anyone and everyone with all the delays.

 

Mine just arrived in Albany, NY. Just waiting for them to add on some accessories for me so I can go pick it up!!!

 

I get: Arrived at Cumberland(?) Maryland on 7/7 at 11:07pm. Scheduled to arrive on 7/10 at 5:45am

The language processing on their system is pretty frustrating. When I call, TTGX often turns into CCZX and other similar letters.

 

Yeah I tried a few times and swore it finally said TTGX but maybe it was DDGX

 

With my vin does it give any info on when it might be loaded or updates? Dealership called again today and is positive it’s here in CA but last checked on here it’s still at the factory. This is starting to really suck. I wonder what makes them so sure?
