Doctor's can't agree I guess. Mine said nothing will work better than regular water, and not to excess, but that should be the primary. He also said the whole vinegar or cranberry juice bit about dissolving or breaking them up was an old wives' tale. Especially the cranberry juice one, it's terrible because of all the sugar in it. Causes additional problems and doesn't help with the stones at all.

Cranberries can actually cause the amount of oxalate in your urine to increase, which is one of the minerals of the most common type of stone (calcium oxalate). Cranberry association with kidney health is in relation to it potentially helping with urinate tract infections, an entirely different condition.

As for me, so far this was a single stone, and pretty small as well. Most likely caused by the fact I simply don’t drink much water during the day after my second cup of coffee (my cup is 20oz and I have max two per day) - there are days my urine at the end of the day smells like coffee, and that’s a sign I’m not taking in enough fluid. I’m standing all day at work but not moving a lot, I’m about 30lbs overweight, and I don’t exercise. Needless to say, I’ve got some lifestyle changes to make.

Opened the box containing my Dirty Deeds 10" exhaust....
FedEx wasn't that kind to it, but it looks all intact and all the hardware is there.

You're a coffee consumption anomaly up there in the PNW. I saw plenty ppl up there drinking coffee all day long, even in summer lol

I drank it all day long when I drank it. I actually hydrated better then because I drank it for flavor. Stone happened when I dropped coffee and would only drink a 20oz soda all day.

Let me know what you think about this. Looking to do the same 10” setup. Just on the fence as to stock sounds pretty decent with no drone. Not too loud but wish it was a tad more

Best comparison vid I've found. Use headphones. You'll hear stock and then DD from the same setup on the same truck with a good recording.

Probably wont have it on until the weekend. We have rain in the forecast every day and I might melt.
I will also be installing a S&B Air intake at the same time. I don't wan to drive it until I have everything done.

I hear ya. This is million dollar rain we are getting according to the farmers. We were almost 2" below normal for June.

I only did the doors so far. On my Double cab, I think I used about 8 sheets....I don't remember off the top of my head. I bought a few sheets at a time from the car audio shop.

This is one of the times I'm glad I have ADHD. I'm one of those guys who's actually calmed down when I have coffee; I can easily have a few cups and then sleep for hours.

    Doug ,
It's very easy to install , if you have a friend who is good with a tool to help . Just follow the instructions and His Videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQs26WvZck4&t=1083s as a reference . I have done the install and posted some pictures in this thread https://www.tundras.com/threads/esp-long-box-is-awesome.76005/#post-1936917 . I had a few friend help me also . I wish I was somewhere close , but I am in PA . Good luck with the install .
