Hey everyone!!!!!! I just bought a 2011 tundra Trd double cab. It's completely stock. As soon as I sell my old car and pay it off I'm planning on adding-
    -black rock sliders/nerf bars
    -aftermarket headlights/tail lights
    -aftermarket grille (black)
    -plastic bed liner insert
-off road front and rear bumper
    -textured fender flares
    -black wheels
    -tri fold toneua cover

If anyone has any insight on any or all of the items listed or has any used items relatively close to me, let me know please! I'm on a pretty strict budget since I have 1,000 kids, so I'd prefer the cheapest (without being junk) version of each item. Thanks in advance.

Haha, right off of broad the university is definitely making some nice changes. But ya, the neighborhood, which is usually where I am, has some room for improvement.

Welcome bud. People occasionally give away bed liners. Don't pay for it.

I have a buddy in Southampton. He's a cop. We were under contact for a farm house in Furlong last year but it fell through.

Welcome! Here's a bit of local-knowledge on your planned mods...

    -aftermarket headlights/tail lights

The aftermarket is kind of dismal in terms of hi-performing headlight replacements. Also if you have the headlight leveling feature, you'll lose that with any of the aftermarket units. A better approach would be to have your factory lights retrofitted with projectors w/HIDs.

    -plastic bed liner insert

The plastic insert is slippery. Your gear will slide around like crazy. The plastic liner also tends to collect moisture underneath leading to eventual corrosion issues. A better approach might be Line-X or even a bed rug.

-off road front and rear bumper

Those bumpers are heavy. As such, you may need to consider stiffer springs to compensate.

Thanks for your insight! My stock headlights are retaining moisture, I figured if I had to replace them I might as well grab some black ones. It does have the headlight leveling feature, so maybe I'll skip it.

The bed is rhino lined, but I plan on moving a lot of rock/stone/etc. I figured an extra layer of protection from denting the bed and wheel wells might be good. And the moisture underneath shouldn't be a problem since it's already coated.

    Welcome from TN!

You can get just about anything from Craigslist if you're patient and look further than your own community (think up to one state over or so)

Talking to people on here is a big plus! That's how I got my TRD rear sway bar at 150 bucks and in line for some UCA's for almost half the price. Used isn't always best but when it's in good shape, can't beat the price!

I've been checking Craigslist 5 times a day for the last few months looking for one. I got this cheaper then most 04 tundras since it has higher mileage. Dealer serviced only, everything's documented, runs and looks like a truck with 50K miles.
