All items are located in Chandler, AZ and all are too heavy/bulky/annoying to ship. I can meet within a reasonable distance if needed.

SOLD - 4x8 overhead garage storage racks and utility hooks

One was opened and unpacked, but it didn't end up working with the framing in my garage. The hardware bag is opened but all parts were put into a ziplock bag. The other is brand new, just opened to take the pics. Each comes with a 6 pak of utility hooks that can attach to the rack. Around $200 or so new off Amazon.

Are you moving? Looks like your garage is empty

We just moved in at the beginning of May. Kinda did something similar to you, didn’t move far from the last place. We’re at the southwest corner of Chandler Heights and Cooper now.

Most of the storage is on the other side of the garage so it didn’t show in the pic:

The company that did my floor is excellent and highly recommend. If you get a floor company that tells you they do it in one day look for another company

You don’t like the single stage “epoxy” floor paint that the previous owner did? It’s only scraped off in 20 or so spots.

Real epoxy floors are on the list.

The thing that impressed me on this one vs the last two garage floors I did is the durability. I have dropped tools occasionally but try hard not to in the garage. So far no issue and the floor is nowhere as slick as the others. You can always come check out mine but construction is still in the works, which reminds me… FJB!!!

Nice garage . It appears your wife has an entire rack for holiday decorations

Shop vac looks a little lonely up over the in the corner

Lol, that’s just the trees and the rest of the outdoor decorations… we have another storage closet about half full with the indoor crap! The overhead racks were originally intended for storing all the Christmas stuff but the framing in this house is a bit of a clusterf*ck.

And that shop-vac is my backup one that my FIL found in a dumpster or somewhere sketchy.

Right? It’s pretty normal in AZ to see garages treated like storage units, packed to the gills and vehicles parked outside. I don’t get it. We try to do a good job of limiting crap that we don’t need so we don’t have to find a spot for it.

My truck won't fit in the garage in either case. The Sequoia probably would but yeah we are a family of 5 and the garage is more like an extended single car size. The spare fridge, freezer, and workout gear take up space, then there's the teacher crap that has to come out at the end of the year.

Could I trouble you with the dimensions of the shoe shelves? I might be interested in them if either my wife or MIL has a use for them.

    Mine either..
My 2005 DC would fit if I had the rear bumper touching the back wall.
    Decided it wasn't worth it.
The 2014 DC wouldn't have fit anyway.
Works out great so the wife can just park in the middle of the garage..

No worries at all. My wife will post them to Facebook and OfferUp this weekend and I'm sure they'll be gone quick. I just prefer to never deal with the people on those platforms. Ever.

One of our deal breakers while house shopping is garage size. The last 2 houses we've had have had extended garages, so truck length isn't a problem. The 2 car garage at the last house was a little tight side-to-side, but we made it work. The combined 3 car we have now is awesome.
