I picked this 2007 Tundra Longbed non-running so it can be my project build. It took almost one year to complete this project.

A ton of parts were replaced in this project. It was cheaper than buying a whole new truck.

    - New Engine - 3UR-FE 5.7L V8 - I was lucky to find a 2014 engine with few miles
    - A new used 8ft Bed off 2010 Tundra
    - Bilstein 5100 Shocks, front and rear
    - OME Rear Leaf spring
    - OME Front spring
    - New sound system
    - Katzkin grey Leather Seats
    - New tires 35x12.50x20
    - Whole front parts for Tundra 2019 with honeycomb grill
    - New Rotors and Brakes

I couldn't mention all the parts I thought were necessary, but I like good stuff I can add to this truck. Cheers!!

That head unit got it off eBay, it's good but you will get good sound using an amplifier. Man, that wrap was something else, it took me time working on curved corners but I did it.

Great Work and Welcome!! Where and how much for the used 5.7L? I may need to go that route myself. Judging by the trees and the dirt I'd say you're from Central Texas, east of Dallas?? LOL
    Thanks,

Inspiring!!! I have the exact truck with 250k on it. Now needs head gasket so thinking of putting new reman and tranny in it. Love the truck but wondering if it’s worth the money. Do you have any idea what the resell value would be doing just the engine and transmission? Aloha!!!
