I purchased this Warn Zeon Platinum 12-s winch and other parts from a good member on this site in February. Since installation, I've decided it makes more sense for me to focus my off-roading mods on my '98 Tacoma. The winch and all accessories are practically new. The previous owner only spooled it up once and I re-spooled once to straighten-out and tighten the rope a bit more with the flatlink installed. It also includes a spare motor from the previous owner where the original was repaired by him, although Warn sent him a new one ($700 value). I did swap the repaired motor for the new one during installation so the winch is in optimum condition. I also added a Warn solenoid disconnect kit and new power / ground cabling.

Sorry, no shipping and I prefer to sell everything as a group. If installing the same as mine (and I have many pictures to assist), most of the wiring is already set to length and terminated. This is a great opportunity to get 100% of everything needed for a complete hidden winch installation and all the support accessories:
    • WARN Zeon Platinum 12-S winch with hand-held remote and 12 VDC charger
    • WARN Long Control Pack Relocate Kit
    • WARN Power Interrupt Solenoid Kit
    • Warn Winch Damper
    • WARN Heavy-Duty Epic Recovery Kit:
      • Two forged 3/4" epic Shackles with E-coat/powder finish (for 18,000 Lb. winches and under)
      • Epic Tree Trunk Protector, including forged end loops with E-coat/powder coat finish (4" x 8'; rated to 30,000 lbs.)
      • Epic Snatch Block with E-coat/powder coat finish (for winch capacities of up to 18,000 lbs.)
      • Premium Recovery Strap (3" x 30', rated to 21,600 lbs.)
      • Backpack carrying case: Made from ballistic material with modular interior. Doubles as a line damper.
    • Spare Motor from WARN
    • Factor 55 Flatlink
    • SDHQ Winch Mount with spacers/bolts if needed for use with TRD skid plate.
    • Black Center Valence pre-cut for WARN winch fairlead (cutting the valence was a very tedious job and took over 4 hours.)
New retail for all these parts and accessories is well over $4,750. I'm asking $2,500 OBO. I am located in Anderson, S.C. I have more pics if needed:

Phenomenal deal! Someones gonna get lucky!

out of curiosity because I have the same winch…do you know what the cause of the motor problem was? Sounds like he barely used it and then it needed to be repaired?

Many Thanks for the support. Apparently, the ground terminal lug was broken off about 1/4 of it's length from the top and he didn't have enough threads to properly start/tighten the nut with the cable lug end installed. He just threaded more of the stud length and it provided plenty enough length for the nut. Nothing wrong at all with the motor and the connection was just fine when I got it. My OCD made me swap in the new motor and now the one with the shorter lug (but still unused) makes a good spare.
