Ok... So, I mentioned it earlier and couldn't resist! Up for tonight is the 'Poor Man's Pappy'...

Equal parts of Weller Special Reserve and Weller Antique 107 (opened w/a splash of spring water)!!!

Yes, I know it's a brandy glass... But, there's more surface area exposed to air to allow the blend to open up after the water hits.

Cheers and have a great weekend everyone!!!!

Definitely not the ones next door - you can almost see the sticks up their asses.
I actually really like this one too - surprising to me that the 14 year isn't nearly as good, but the 15 is phenomenal.

Not that I've seen... Looking for something out of that area, or just that brand and its 'mystique'?

Sorry, I wasn't sure if you meant 'yes just that particular brand' or 'yes something from that region'... Anyhow, if you are open to something else from that region and haven't tried it yet, you may want to give 'Reyka' a shot .

It's not pricey at all, and is one of our favorites to use for vodka tonics, other mixed drinks, and even just to sip. It really has a nice smooth finish and very clean taste. Should be easy an easy find... Total Wine, BevMo, Target, Walmart, and just about every other liquor store... and price point for 750ml should be $18-$23ish. Cheers!

Ok, so I am a fan of Basil Hayden. But, I did not care for their "Toast"; what did you think about it?

...and by the way, upper right corner :annoyed:

Sounds like you may need another bottle! and... I see that you have several "green top" Wellers and that you are in need of its perfect mate "red top" or Weller Antique.

So, in the spirit of harmony, I would gladly trade you a bottle of Toast and a bottle of Weller Antique for your EC 18

Regular BH I would use to clean bugs off the headlights but the Toast is palatable . I haven't had the Wellers 12 year yet but of the 3 others full proof, 107 and special reserve the 107 wins. Try and find some 107!

I love those Dot's pretzels but 2022 is the Summer of Swole so I'm eating carefully these days. Have cut way back on alcohol too, but keep buying it nonetheless.

Jealous of the variety outside of Utah.
