Took the Tundra on the beach the other weekend. Handled great and zero issues with the powdery sand at the OBX. Bonus fishing picture of me and my cousin with a couple Yellowfin Tuna.

I have Talon's, I don't know the story behind the two but I needed a shield for wife's 4runner last year, Talon's was the only one had shields for them at the time and I saw he also had Tundra's shields in stock, so I ordered both at one shot, no complains about any of them, I had ran over a tree with it and it took the impact like a champ.

There's a lunar rock Tundra in my area that often confuses people thinking it was me, often I get people complain "I wave/honk but you ignore me!" the thing is, I hear about it but I never seen it, then yesterday my wife goes "I thought you are at the office?" , me : "yea, I'm here" and sent her a photo of me in the warehouse, I finally get to see the doppelganger.

Ordered Talons on Saturday, got it at my door Tuesday afternoon.
Had to cancel Valhalla bc I put in the order two months ago.
I’m going to drop it off to get powder coated and maybe sand down the rough edges.

Deer leaped uphill over a guardrail out of dense brush directly in front of me on my way to work this morning. Headlight mounts and the lower trim under the headlight on driver side also broken.

And I had just gotten my shipping notice for my SSO Hybrid front bumper yesterday...which would have greatly reduced (but not entirely eliminated) the damage.

Dang!! Huge bummer man. I’d probably take your SSO off your hands if you change your mind.

You get that little jerk’s back straps at least?

Felt really bad I didn’t have my pistol on me and had to leave it suffering. On my way to work and couldn’t just jump out and cut it’s throat (would’ve been a mess with my pocket knife)

Hood might be jacked up a bit too - gap on the left isn’t the same as the right and it’s not closing without slamming it.

That freakin' blows... it took 12 weeks for my wife to get her Pilot back from front bumper damage. We ordered her a Forester just after, and it showed up before her Pilot was done... Sorry, man!!!

Not sure if this is your cup of tea, Casey, but ironman4x4 is having a 25% off sale and right now and they claim on their website that the raid bumper is in stock. Just an option. Hope you get it buttoned back up soon

I may reach out to you. Waiting for insurance to get back to me, and trying to get it into a shop to get a better idea on timeline on Monday.

    Strongly considering it…

One of the guys at work recently picked up an Ironman bumper. It’s nice, but not sure it’s quite what I’m looking for.

again - a lot will depend on what the shop says on Monday

Rough in the edges from the machining of the product, but not a concern to most people, I just wanted a smooth edge so i don’t get cut handling the product.

I haven’t even got it powder coated yet, my initial intent was to match the OEM skid, but the shop handed me these swatches to pick, I took them home and been sitting there. There’s no direct match from the swatches, it’s either too dark or too light. I might go with the darker silver or go bronze just bc ha ha

My brother end up going wrinkle black, the installation was less than an hour. The longest part was removing the factory rear bolt of the skid, it’s a nut, bolt, with a sleeve washer in the frame.

Damn man, been away and just saw this. Glad it wasn’t worse but that still stings. Hope you can turn it into something better.

We went camping this past weekend and I have a little freak story of my own that I will share soon but it’s not as major as what happened here.

New to the whole forum scene but figured I would jump on this tread because everyone obviously has pretty good taste in color choice! This is my 22 pro I picked up on Tuesday and to say I love this bad boy would be an understatement!
