Will do - thanks brother. 808 means CA - or am I wrong about that? I have all-timers.

I can't keep everyone straight, and you don't advertise. 808 is a CA area code. My bad. But I do have a TX and AZ place in my heart or trunk.

I don't talk about family business, but as far as the truck, the second air tank is an O2 tank, not air.

You might know that I went to Long Beach State. We would go to the on campus bar/cafeteria and see Sublime before they were anyone. Also, at back yard parties. Right before they blew up.

Ya - I had a plan that was ambitious and not very practical. I might chase it some day again for fun. But I have a 5 gal above the rear axle and a 5 gal front of my rear bumper.

LOL, that truck is sweet. So, I'm just having fun. But for fun and giggles, I cut off my muffler so I'm loud. Resonator will do its thing. I grease and eliminate any suspension clunks and noise. I put the 32's back on for hard acceleration and sweet dirt spray. And then I run those graded roads. And yes, next whoop town. Not the Baja shit, let's not be silly. The "it's a trail but you might have to slow down to 20 at times stuff. o_O

Update. The noise is in-fact the pinion gear on the driver side, however it goes away once the CV axle is no longer at the extreme angle it was at on the lift. All is well.

I should also mention that the extended travel CV axels you can get at oreily, autozone, napa, etc are awesome. Way more travel than stock Toyota and they come with a lifetime warrant. The boots also seem to be high quality and the shaft portion near the differential is much thicker than stock. Very pleased and its half the price of the Toyota ones.

Well, here's my deal, normally I bet to win. There is no way I'm betting against you guys because, yeah I was born and all that if you know the reference. If I had the money and room to carry my older tires on wheels i would bet on pavement. But, I guarantee I will play. I don't mind losing. I have a disregard for not trying.

In no way I want to do a my corn stalk is bigger than yours, hahaha I honestly want to drive yours and be super stoked and want to see how much of a difference each mod is. I honestly suspect, it’s way better to sink money into suspension upgrades vs motor or power upgrades. Mine scoots, but so does yours over some stupid shit!!!

It's not surprising you bring that up, because, I think we are similar in thought. I just want to drive your truck and anyone's else who will let me. I only know what I know, which isn't that much. Problem is, if I drive one truck that says, "yeah bitch" I'm fucked. But, let's do it. I only flex for fun, and I have to compensate for a Ridgeline that is 2WD. So, don't expect too much from me.

Oreily part number TO8088ET is what I used. Autozone, Napa, and probably others sell exact clones of them. Well worth the money id say.

    Well……… I’m expecting lots!
That took a long time to write! (Haha I even edited that!)
When I bought my truck, me and the PO took it for a spin, later on he told me; he had never driven the truck that hard before. I was only at 82% throttle with him.

Again, don’t sell the ridgelines short, your 4runner is 2wd? It not about the options it’s the driver!!!

I should clarify, when I said "yeah bitch", I meant I'm fucked. Meaning, I drove a similar truck that's taking me back to the drawing board on mine. But once again, let's see. I would much rather know my shortcomings than be oblivious. Yew!

I'm walking the fine line of confidence and humility and I don't know my ass from a hole in the ground. I will say, I think I know how to drive once I know what the ride can do. But, it won't matter because you and I will have fun. My only guarantee.

And a drifter was born. Did you counter a little bit while laughing, or scare him more with a fish tail?

Awesome. And you can drift. I remember running a baja bug at 16 in the rain. Ran the same course a couple of dozen times. Stay on the gas and let the rear determine the turn, steer into it (outside of the turn) and back off the gas as the rear comes around and you straighten the front out. Some better driver will tell me what's wrong here.

I should mention, it's a great way to roll your truck off-road. Drifting relies on a reasonably smooth surface or very rad suspension with a reasonable surface..

I saw that you were likely ditching the front sway. I really like the feel with mine disconnected - but it's different and less stable for sure. Stable might be the wrong word, mine feels looser, but in a good way. Independent. I'll likely pull the bar for a while but I'll keep it until I decide for sure. It's a fat bar - might just change it for something with less diameter. I may work quick disconnects, put it back, or not at all.
Are you talking about the bushings that hold the bar? Seems like you mic the bar for the mm size and get the corresponding Energy Suspension bushings?
