I tow alot, had 2200lbs in the bed today, heavy trailers. Looking at sumo springs, i currently have an added leaf and 2inch lift coilovers from icon.

What sumosprings should I go with?

I originally got the yellow-54 but they made the truck way to stiff (like a 1 tonne) when not towing or loaded so went down to the blue-40 and they help a lot when towing our Camper but don’t affect daily ride quality

Your overloaded. Sumo springs may give you a little less squat but it's a bandaid. You should be in a different truck if your putting over a ton on the rear axle.

If we all followed the mfgr recommendations we would have not bought a Tundra. Put 5 adults in a CC and it says you can't carry much of anything in the bed. Really!
