I polished my black 19 using 3d one polish and white lake country pads with a griots polisher. Seemed to do the trick although I wasn't looking for perfection. I tried using their orange pads but it left a bit of haze so stuck with white and one trip around the truck.

Not from that area....but looking through the ones I found....I'd try the Palmetto Shine Shop first.

I had a vinyl hood decal on for just over 2 years until the AZ sun caused it to start cracking. I've picked at it and removed the decal, but I can see an adhesive film outline underneath the whole area the decal was placed. I ordered some Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax based on some reviews I found online. Has amyone used this before and will this aid in removing the vinyl decal adhesive?

I'd steer away from trying to remove adhesive residue with a wax type product. Try to find some rapid remover or a dedicated adhesive remover you can get locally. If you have a sign/decal or wrap shop near by they'll likely have rapid remover.

See if you can find 3M automotive adhesive remover. I used to remove the old film on my Tacoma’s fender flares. I was able to find it at Advanced Auto.

Thanks for the replies. I'll see if I can find some 3M adhesive remover and give that a shot.

I’m sure this has been answered a million times, but drying towels (which ones) or a leaf blower to dry?

I personally use a leaf blower now. Anytime you are not touching the paint is always a plus. Use an EGO battery powered blower. Works well as long as the paint is beading water.

For towels check out the Rag Company. I buy all my towels from them and they do supply other companies like Adams.

I’m sure there are cheaper options out there. Chose them from there reviews. Plus there is aftermarket nozzle that is shorter.

I used it the other day to try wife’s 4Runner. Took approximately half the battery to dry it but I used the turbo feature quite a bit.

Most of those are cleaners. If looking for detailer you want Adams Interior Detailer with microban. Light cleaning abilities and leaves some protection behind. Think of it as an all in one.

I have the interior detailer, but these seats make you buffer the spray into them more. On my tundra it was always simple as it absorbed it quickly

Leather? If so, these work great.

    https://www.amazon.com/WINOMO-Nanom...655982793&sprefix=Leather+bru,aps,124&sr=8-36

For cleaning spray I usually use ONR diluted in a bottle. I haven’t used this yet, but have been hearing great things about it:

That’s amazing. I’ve never rinsed off with the flood method so I’ll have to give that a try.

it saves a bunch of time in the drying process, as well as how heavy/wet my drying towel gets. take about 10 seconds to take off the hose nozzle and about 2-3 minutes going around and flood rinsing.
