Looking for pictures of your toolbox setup! I’ve had a combination of a crossover and a Montezuma box for around 7 years in my Silverado, now looking for ideas for my new tundra! Not wanting the overland stuff. Looking for people actually working out of their tundra. Thanks!

    How many / much tools?

A couple of swing cases could work, plus ESP underseat (if you have a crew cab)

I’ve never really cared for the idea of the swing cases. I carried enough to fill up a 30” (I think it was) montezuma and kept a crossover fairly full. Montezuma carried all of my hand tools except a few bigger items and the crossover handled some power tools, tire changing supplies, and mostly anything that wouldn’t fit in the Montezuma

Edit: Won’t be carrying as much as I used to because work won’t require it. Still have a few large items like floor Jack, breaker bars, etc.

Just saw your comment, I like the idea, I’ve just been waiting a few years to see how the material holds up. We had a weather guard pack rat on a farm truck before and I really liked it but they’re pretty spendy

I’m looking at bed covers now and diamondback has caught my eye. Check out their “270” model. It’s a toolbox integrated into one of their hd covers I believe. Could be a 2 bird, 1 stone thing for you. I just don’t carry that many tools or have the need to but for those that do.
