Blasphemy! Those were my favorite as a kid. The Cheeto brand cheese balls that you got in a tin can were better though.

I have evolved and do like the jalapeño cheddar crunchy ones.

 

Would someone please tell the general population that “hold my beer” is a joke and not a right of passage?

 

I thought it was a requirement that it had to be followed by “and watch this” and can only happen after being inebriated.

That made me chuckle.

I'm usually not a fan of straight cheese pizza but Costco knows how to make a good one.

The tomato factor of pizza requires much more then cheese for me

I don’t feel like there is ever an ideal time to move but we are starting the process of looking to upgrade houses. Looks like the market up here is starting to slow down at least. Hopefully we can find something before interest rates go too high.

 

I think 30yr rates are around 5.5% now.

 

Sure are but house prices are coming down too. I’ve seen some drop by as much as 50k just this week. Ill just refi and shorten my loan term when rates go back down.

I don’t love bidding wars so like it was 6 months to a year ago. It’s all a trade off I guess.

 

No mushrooms or jalapeños????
